However a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with Aramex/DHL/UPS to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from Aramex/DHL/UPS for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay Aramex/DHL/UPS directly at the time of delivery.
📣 For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.
📣 For international buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 5-7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.
📣 Wly Global Electronic’s is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
📣 Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).
📣 Wly Global Electronic’s is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

📣 Refunds are only processed for orders which are cancelled within 24-Hours of their being placed.
📣 It usually takes around 5-7 Business days for the refunded amount to reflect in the buyer’s account after the refund is initiated.
📣 Purchases made by any mode may be refundable to the original source of payment. Refunds are generally processed by bank within 48 hrs of the transaction. Bank usually takes 5-7 business days from the date of refund to reflect in your bank account (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). In the case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in the buyer's bank account.

transaction has failed but money is debited from the bank account

📣 For damaged, defective, wrong or expired item you can request for a refund or replacement within 5 days of delivery.
📣 You will need to share the images of the item and its defects through Your Orders for a refund or replacement. We may pickup the product to ascertain the defect.
📣 Wly Global Electronic’s will only process a cancellation if the request is raised within 24-Hours of the order being placed.
📣 Wly Global Electronic’s does not accept cancellation requests for preorder items.
📣 In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
📣 In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
📣Domestic Orders (within India) – Once we ship the product the order can only be cancelled by incurring of Rs.800 to-&-fro delivery expense.
📣International Orders (Outside India) – Once we ship the product the order can only be cancelled by incurring an international shipping expense and custom duty charges, for the same you can contact our Customer Care Team.
